OVERVIEW
Our marketing team is highly analytical, moves fast and is focused on delivering quantifiable results. We’re looking for a Co-Marketing Manager to help drive marketing initiatives that support the Business Development teams at Instacart. You’ll also work closely with Brand, CRM, Paid Marketing and Marketing Analytics to craft and execute joint programs that allow Retailers and other partners to grow on Instacart. You’ll be responsible for working cross-functionally to drive programs forward, oversee timelines and execution, and instrument measurement to ensure programs are successful.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Own end-to-end execution and assist in developing strategy around Instacart’s Retailer marketing programs for a variety of accounts and new launches
- Manage relationships across Business Development teams and serve as a liaison between them and our Brand and Marketing team
- Develop marketing plans for launching new Retailers and expansions, align on approach with internal team and drive strategic conversations with Retailers to gain buy in
- Project manage Retailer co-branded campaigns by collaborating with Instacart channel leads across CRM, Paid Digital and other channels ensuring timely execution
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to help enable strategic marketing campaigns. Drive cross-functional execution to help unlock new growth levers
- Share campaign results with Retailers through post launch meetings and ongoing quarterly business reviews
ABOUT YOU
- You have 5+ years of experience in a relevant role at a consumer (B2C) brand including partner marketing, channel marketing, shopper marketing, digital marketing or similar
- You have hands-on experience managing large scale marketing initiatives and have implemented processes that drive efficient outcomes
- You understand digital marketing concepts and mechanics in a way that can be clearly articulated to a broad set of audiences
- You enjoy working with external partners and have strong diplomacy skills
- You excel at managing initiatives across multiple stakeholders and can identify solutions that balance the needs of each
- You are a self-starter with the ability to manage through ambiguous situations
- You are comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Above all, you’re a team player and love making an impact each day
Preferred Qualifications
- Ideally, you have experience within a fast paced retail or CPG environment
- You will also have experience in an app-based environment
