The EPAM Cloud Partner Marketing Manager will be part of a consistently growing Global Partner & Alliances team which is also part of the Global Marketing team. Our ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to think proactively and constructively becoming a multi-subject matter expert with a strong knowledge of our strategic cloud partners. They will be expected to build relationships with both internal and external teams to help develop high-quality content to support marketing and business development initiatives while also respecting and aligning closely with our overarching multi-cloud global strategy. Experienced content writing skills, campaign execution, and event planning are key requirements for this role, as is the ability to think creatively and drive go-to-market messaging. The ability to work independently, be detail-oriented, and extremely organized is required. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work as key member of the Cloud Partner Marketing team in North America to manage marketing relations and collaborative communication streams
  • Take ownership of managing and planning all marketing collateral related to multiple partner technologies; including content for events, case studies, website, social communication, email campaigns, etc. related to strategic Cloud partners
  • Manage and measure successful business development focused marketing initiatives to drive pipeline, result in business meetings and ultimately revenue
  • Work with different departments of Global Corporate Marketing team to ensure projects are completed timely, on-brand and with required depth and quality
  • Collaborate with Competency Center heads, SME's (Subject Matter Experts), dedicated Business Development leads and Alliances team on GTM strategy content, case study creation, PR opportunities, etc. related to Cloud partners
  • Act as Project Manager for large and small-scale events and targeted content creation, plus various other marketing initiatives across various teams
  • Be a proactive "ideas" generator with ambition to drive better messaging, marketing planning and business development through various marketing activities


REQUIREMENTS

  • Undergraduate Degree minimum
  • At least 5+ years' experience working in a professional Marketing role
  • Must have worked in a technology focused company (knows our market)
  • Ideally, experience in working in a Systems Integration (SI) environment and partner ecosystem or at one of our strategic partners (AWS, Google, Microsoft)
  • Excellent content writing skills
  • Project Management experience
  • Field Marketing/Email campaign/Lead generation experience
  • Exceptional communication, writing and organisational skills
  • Independantly motivated and hardworking attitude
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-departmental environment and good at meeting deadlines
  • Competency in completing duties in a timely and effective manner
  • Eager to grow and develop as a business professional
  • Proactive team-player attitude a must

ADDITIONAL

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office.
