Please review the following job description:

You will serve as the marketing lead translating business, client, product and segment strategies into integrated go-to-market plans. You will work across all facets of the Marketing organization as the lead developer of campaigns and programs, leveraging all tactical capabilities to achieve business goals. You will acquire, grow and retain profitable client relationships while enhancing existing client experiences. You will collaborate with internal and external marketing partners to develop and execute marketing programs driving profitable business growth while ensuring alignment of all strategies to the Truist Purpose and Brand.

The role requires close partnerships with various marketing channel owners within Digital, Direct and Media Channels, Finance and Legal/Compliance/Risk teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Develops and executes marketing programs intended to attain or surpass annual goals using all marketing channels and capabilities.

2. Leads highly complex and visible projects while managing deliverables for the team against expected results.

3. Drives end-to-end execution of programs and campaigns including planning, creative asset development, operational readiness and fulfillment.

4. Has the ability to identify and resolve technical and operational challenges.

5. Develops and manages budget and resource allocation on behalf of the Consumer Deposit marketing team.

6. Has the ability to influence groups of professional-level contributors working on large-scale programs. This role may be an individual contributor role that has strategic influence on a large part of Truist's marketing organization.

7. Comfortable with performance metrics and analysis to efficiently manage and track effectiveness of programs.

8. Routinely represents Marketing as part of new product development or product refinement. Supporting development of requirements and high level design of assets promoting new/existing products.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and related training
2. Seven years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3. Deep specialized (SME) and/or broad knowledge within the marketing (or related) discipline; sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes managing a process
4. Consumer/Commercial/Corporate/Wealth banking product and/or segment marketing experience
5. Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and implement best practices to improve products, processes, or services
6. Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure, in addition to leading a team of professionals
7. Demonstrated budget management experience
8. Ability to exercise independent judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges in the context of business objectives and priorities
9. Sophisticated understanding of clients through interpretation and user research and analytics
10. Strong relationship building skills resulting in the ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective
11. Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and an understanding of the market and regulatory factors that shape the industry
12. Strong presentation skills and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Ten years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

2. Strong partnership and collaborative style with outstanding communication skills: written, verbal and presentation.

3. Ability to think strategically and work independently when needed to drive programs to successful completion.

4. Ability to thrive in a fluid environment with managing multiple priorities.

5. Demonstrated ability to "make things happen" (e.g. can execute and get things done).

6. Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders.

7. Excellent communication, presentation and influence skills.

8. Experience with Adobe Experience Platform or other marketing cloud capabilities.

9. Experience with Workfront Project Management tool.
