You'll be part of a dynamic team that leads our evolving channels and helps colleagues and business partners understand and best utilize our emerging platforms. You'll also help shape stories surrounding amazing innovation and the teams that drive them.Position Responsibilities:

  • Help develop, evolve, and execute best practices for a growing number of channels at Boeing to reach various audiences internal and external
  • Oversee and assess how channels are performing, and help owners use platforms to their fullest and course correct if needed
  • Work closely with colleagues and leaders across Communications and the company to understand objectives and priorities, and help shape a channel roadmap to meet goals
  • Help inform Communications plans, strategy and content for various initiatives and events
  • Learn and stay up-to-date on trends in technology, digital, and new approaches for storytelling and publishing

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Seattle, WA.Employer not willing to sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 2+ years of experience developing and implementing strategic communications plans, including digital strategy, publishing and metrics
  • Experience influencing partners across teams to define and drive common objectives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 2+ years of experience in journalism or corporate communications
  • 3+ years of experience supporting tech, aerospace and/or channel strategy and publishing communications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Communications or other related field
  • Strong understanding of technology trends and hot topics
