Job Description The Digital Marketing team focuses on driving mobile channel engagement and adoption, promoting multi-product deepening, and deploying personalized insights to provide a tailored customer experience throughout our marketing channels and digital journeys.
To align with this effort, we are looking for a new team member to oversee and drive efficiency in our business operations and campaign management. This individual will work across the Digital Marketing team members to understand current XLOB campaign management and execution function, how to make it more efficient and effective; and work to bring about those efficiencies. This individual will also oversee the adherence to process and procedures, controls and claims management across the campaigns being executed on the team. The ideal candidate must be able to work collaboratively with many business partners, be self-motivated, detail and process oriented and bring teams together to deliver results.
Essential Functions:

  • Understand the current state of campaign management and execution function to determine opportunities to make it more efficient, deliver speed to market, and more automated
  • Develop an actionable plan to realize those opportunities by working across the marketing operations, campaign management, audience targeting, control and marketing teams
  • Be responsible for delivering on the plan to make the operations / processes more efficient, effective, defect-free and repeatable
  • Work across the team to update control procedures, and ensure team members adhere to established control guidelines and framework
  • Manage the team's controls-related projects including, but not limited to, resiliency plans, application recertifications and departmental exams
  • Oversee management of key controls and marketing claims process, including distribution of monthly reporting of control timelines and renewal/expiration of claims
  • Create and distribute communications to help guide marketers on proper procedural updates


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of operations/project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) in related areas of job requirements - Operations, Marketing, Project Management, Risk and Controls
  • Knowledge and understanding of key Marketing operational processes (i.e., creative development) digital tools/technology, controls, and process/procedures development
  • Strong sense of urgency and proven ability and desire to be flexible and think strategically while applying good common sense and practical solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively in a clear, logical and concise way with differing degrees of detail depending on the audience
  • Well-developed organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Must be self-directed, proactive, high energy, detail and results-oriented
  • Experience working cross-functionally and collaborating with team members across business and staff areas at all levels, and achieve goals without direct control over all resources
