Job Description The Shopping team strives to transform customer experiences by developing and delivering end to end innovative personalized experiences through an agile test and learn approach on our digital assets that helps customers find products faster resulting in high-quality customer growth, value and engagement. We are seeking to expand our team with a talented, data-driven marketing associate focused on supporting testing, optimization and performance on our mobile app. The main role of the associate will be to help support the execution of the vision of the end to end shopping experience by executing against the strategic roadmap across all lines of business with a customer first mentality. This is done through a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams and partners.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the digital innovation shopping roadmap for the mobile app while partnering on execution with product owners, LOB and cross functional partners
  • Supporting prioritization efforts of roadmap by assessing value and alignment to channel objectives of new innovative approaches to shopping experiences including new capabilities, new ad placements and identify opportunities for channel innovation
  • Brining testing ideas to manager that support strategic business priorities and subsequently helping with execution of proposed tests
  • Constantly assessing the landscape, competition, and leaders in industry in order to fuel blue sky/out of the box new ideas
  • Always reviewing data to inform testing ideas and fuel testing backlog
  • Continuously drive process improvements for the end to end experience of digital enhancements
  • Be a customer advocate - restlessly champion consistent and seamless user experiences across all assets and channels
  • Executing with excellence while ensuring compliance with controls
  • Supports the preparation of leadership materials to tell the story

Additional requirements:

  • 4 year degree in Marketing, Advertising, Analytics, or Finance
  • 4+ years of marketing experience with expertise in digital conversion strategies and innovation, especially within mobile channels
  • Financial services industry experience a plus
  • Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
  • Develops strong partnerships; recognized as a team player
  • Proven ability to take initiative, influence others, and achieve results
  • Skilled and comfortable at working in a highly matrixed organization
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
