Job Description Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with key stakeholders to deeply understand business priorities and user needs to deliver a best-in-class user experience. Gain alignment and buy-in for roadmap feature and functionality enhancements.
  • Responsible for planning, implementing and managing the end-to-end digital experience.
  • Build, mentor, and lead effective web execution teams across multiple locations
  • Partner with internal teams to produce high-quality, forward-thinking digital solutions that achieve client brand objectives
  • Champion best practices in UX, UI, software development, and quality assurance
  • Oversee long-term strategy, planning and ongoing programs for marketing web presence at the intersection of user experience, business priorities and technology infrastructure
  • Oversee business requirements for website architecture, design and functional improvements and development work to ensure requirements and brand standards are met
  • Manage agency relationships and budget for web strategy programs and projects
  • Manage all website enhancements, integrations, and digital projects from concept to post go-live to drive revenue and increase engagement
  • Fully aware of latest market trends and development on competitors' products.


Qualifications

  • 8-10+ experience in leading and managing digital experiences and cross functional teams
  • Solid experience in leading digital products (App or Web) from inception to launch
  • Proven track record on making product related recommendations based on data analysis
  • Experience in UI/UX design with usability
  • Experience in leading a team of Business Analysts, Project Managers, Web Developers and UX designers
  • Passionate, creative and knowledgeable in both web and mobile technologies
  • Strong business sense, self-motivated and proactive
  • Familiar with designing for customer experience as a priority
  • Leadership skills coupled with deep business and consulting experience
  • Digital agency experience preferred
