Job Description The Early Month On Book Marketing Team (EMOB) is responsible for the Onboarding experience of all new consumer Card customers. The Senior Marketing Associate will lead the execution of marketing strategies including the launching of new products and creating new strategies based on data and insights. This position sits within the Marketing Growth and Innovation organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Analyst will manage the development and execution of Onboarding campaigns, plan future strategies, and create new marketing capabilities to improve the customer experience and increase customer engagement. Responsibilities include

  • Partnering with various stakeholders support new product launches, product refreshes, and existing products.
  • Flawless marketing execution in email and digital channels.
  • Analyzing data to provide insights into the strategy and initiatives that support our business goals.
  • Creative Development with internal/external agencies
  • Launching initiatives to increase personalization, including personalized videos, triggers, and EMOB messaging in other marketing campaigns
  • Create and implement testing plan for next generation strategies and capabilities


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 4+ years of direct marketing experience
  • Experience developing and deploying marketing campaigns required
  • Ability to self-manage and influence others across a large, matrixed organization
  • Effective at prioritizing and managing multiple complex initiatives concurrently
  • This role is located in Wilmington, DE.
