Shipt is growing and we are searching for a Campaign Marketing Strategy Intern to join our Integrated Marketing team! We are searching for an intern to help lead planning, execution, and measurement for integrated marketing campaigns and promotions to support our rapid growth. Our ideal candidate is passionate about building multi-channel marketing programs and creative with campaigns that drives results.

This internship will be for the Summer of 2022!

Your Responsibilities

  • Help drive awareness and understanding of Shipt through multi-channel marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution to performance measurement.
  • Support the marketing campaign and promotional calendar. Assist in strategic campaigns, marketing communications, and promotions to support business objectives and goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving engagement results and the customer experience.
  • Help to execute test plans to refine design, messaging, and approach to drive improved engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts on the marketing team and cross-functionally on key initiatives to create impactful experiences for our audience, delivering the right message at the right time in the funnel.
  • Help facilitate retrospectives and constantly drive improvements and efficiencies to help deliver assets.
  • Champion new ideas, execute test plans, and iterate based on performance metrics.



Requirements

  • Knowledge of planning, executing, and analysis for marketing campaigns and communications.
  • Well-versed in both online and offline marketing programs
  • Excellent project management skills, demonstrated ability to multitask effectively
