How you’ll drive the next evolution of our business
You’ll serve as the linchpin in the cross-functional collaboration between Demand Generation, Product Marketing and our Content team. Your hard-working hands will help shape our campaigns into multi-channel, powerful vehicles to introduce people to Jellyvision, turning those prospects into customers. Helping us create a stronger email strategy, you will have a major impact to the marketing vision, agency partnerships and lead gen activities. You’ll report to the Director of Demand Generation, part of our Lead Gen trifecta, in our growing and powerful marketing organization.
The Gig
- Lead campaign creation and creative development, in collaboration with the Content and Demand Gen teams, which includes campaign build in Marketo, audience segmentation, email creation, landing pages, campaign execution, optimization, and reporting
- Collaborate with teams outside of marketing to create compelling email campaigns and a meaningful experience for our audiences
- Continually optimize subject lines, email content, and audiences to maximize open rates, click rates and conversion rates.
- Write effective creative briefs to partner with external creative agencies and internal teams to produce best-in-class creative assets
- Work with other business departments and agencies including, Content, Design, Marketing Operations, Sales, and Business Development to build our marketing campaigns for demand generation
- Continually improve the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns by maximizing engagement metrics (open rate, click-thru rate, conversion)
- Monitor and report on email performance with the demand generation manager, leading to the continuous improvement of user experience and overall ROI.
- Build audiences and customer segmentation, deliver deep insights through data analysis and behavioral retargeting, and track email list quality and health
- Develop high-impact A/B testing strategy (layout, format, frequency, and copy) to improve email and message performance
- Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholders to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance of campaigns.

Your Expertise
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a role directly managing end-to-end email campaigns or CRM with experience coding emails and email templates
- Certifications and/or 2+ years experience with Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, or HubSpot (Marketo strongly preferred)
The Legal Stuff
Jellyvision’s headquarters is in Chicago, and, post-COVID, many of us will be returning to the Chicago offices (by choice, not requirement -- our philosophy is “Flexible First”). But this position is also eligible for work by a remote employee out of CA, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MN, NE, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.
