Primary Job Purpose

Creates and drives the omni-channel campaign strategy and execution for the Performance Marketing team and other Cambia stakeholders, engaging consumers with compelling and personalized communications that build awareness, understanding, and loyalty to the Cambia brands. Manages campaign strategy, production, delivery, and KPIs, as well as execution in multiple channels including traditional offline, web, mobile, Social, digital display, SEO, SMS, Email, Push and emerging channels as identified. The roles require cross-functional partnerships, the ability to manage competing priorities and a relentless commitment to an exceptional customer experience in both digital and traditional spaces. Level I Campaign Marketing Managers would act as generalists across multiple marketing platforms. Level II Campaign Marketing Managers elevate their general knowledge and dive deeper into some specialized areas such as lifestyle marketing, email marketing, brand marketing and Social marketing etc., supporting the development and execution of these campaigns. Senior Campaign Marketing Managers provide Omni-channel guidance for marketing and creative strategy.

General Functions and Outcomes

  • Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategy for stakeholders across the organization that effectively integrates with enterprise messaging and translate that strategy into the most appropriate marketing channels.
  • Act as partner to the Integrated Marketing Strategy team in developing marketing and communication campaigns that drive growth and consumer engagement across our various health plan lines-of-business.
  • Manage email, SMS, Push and emerging channel strategy, messaging, and campaigns execution to drive engagement
  • Manage web and social properties in support of including engaging key audiences, driving traffic and execute a variety of programs to increase brand awareness and affinity.
  • Support the awareness and consideration of health plan offerings to key target accounts & consumer segments (Individual, Medicare, and business decision makers)
  • Partner with digital product owners and IT partners to develop data integration, automation and personalization with vendor service providers as related to each campaign.
  • Collaborate with Strategists to develop campaigns that add value to prospect and member experiences and increase enrollments, onboarding and opt-in permissions. Develop detailed channel communication calendars, forecast expenses to support campaigns and manages expense to budget/forecast.
  • Identify consumer trends and shifts in consumer preferences, attitudes and perceptions utilizing a broad set of resources. Communicate results with team to improve methods of communication.
  • Analyze and share campaign results, future campaign forecasting and ongoing performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with analytics team to develop list segmentation methods and A/B testing measurements.
  • Oversee execution of multi-channel campaigns, including paid media tactics.
  • Consult on and manage SEO, SEM and content marketing programs.
  • Manage marketing data workflows and automation in Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
  • Track and analyze campaign data and report on KPIs
  • Hold primary responsibility for creation and approval of project briefs
  • Maintain email engagement calendar through partnerships with LOB stakeholders and Strategic Communications
  • Collect industry trends, competitor profiles, market feedback and sales performance to inform future business opportunities and marketing strategies.
  • Supports the development and execution of brand campaigns for Regence health plan products and services.
  • Work in partnership with Content Strategist to bring campaigns to life across all marketing channels
  • Prioritize campaign testing and plan enhancements using data analytics and qualitative research
  • Provide strategic backup in stakeholder meetings. Present relevant data and findings.


Minimum Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in omni-channel marketing tactics, strategy development, campaign optimization and planning.
  • In-depth experience in digital marketing, including best practices and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • A baseline working knowledge of data, platform integrations and digital marketing technology.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret economic, demographic, geographic and marketing insight data and translate into meaningful and actionable recommendations.
  • Knowledge of best practices for lifecycle marketing, including acquisition, email creative, subject line optimization, deliverability, list segmentation, dynamic content, testing methodologies, etc.
  • Knowledge of best practices for web and mobile content delivery, working with Content Strategist to enhance and optimize content in digital channels.
  • Ability to evaluate program effectiveness, identify issues and opportunities, and work to continuously improve programs offered.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to resolve issues and build consensus among groups of diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated competency in project management including ability to lead complex implementations with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to organize, plan, prioritize and develop multiple projects within time constraints.
  • Demonstrated working experience in SEO, SEM and content marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to build web analytic reports and manage digital reporting and attribution.
  • Experience in managing digital campaigns directly in Facebook, Google and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in managing consumer level brand campaigns, brand management and brand compliance.


Normally to be proficient in the competencies listed above

Campaign Marketing Manager Senior would have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field (MBA preferred) and 8+ of experience in Campaign or Omni-channel marketing with a proven track record of developing and managing marketing campaigns that drive business results or equivalent combination of education and experience.
