SUMMARY
The Campaign Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing campaigns. By aligning with the sales, customer success, product teams, and the rest of the marketing team, the Campaign Manager will drive demand through developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns. It will be important to partner closely with sales, brand, and product marketing to intimately understand market trends as well as our prospect and customer needs/concerns to create and run successful campaigns.
The ideal candidate has a solid foundational understanding of health systems and physician practices, is self-motivated, and has experience developing holistic campaign strategies that resonate with these targets. They will be ready to collaborate closely with the sales team and work together to drive demand generation, create compelling full-funnel strategies, and optimize for marketing-influenced revenue. Ultimately, the ideal candidate must be result-driven and analytical, able to track to specific metrics, identify adjustments needed, and quickly implement them.
This role is perfect for the marketer who loves to balance creative thought and strategy, who’s looking to make a daily impact with their work, and who’s interested in joining a growing and evolving team.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation, the Campaign Manager will also collaborate closely with other campaign managers, product marketing, content managers, event team, communications, graphic design and agencies in event management, content creation, paid, and organic campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategy
- Build and manage an annual campaign plan (part of the overall marketing plan)
- Develop a deep understanding of the solution, target accounts, buying group personas, and the competitive landscape
- Develop strategic demand generation campaigns to capture new business and accelerate the funnel
- Support marketing event strategy to ensure a holistic approach to conferences and trade shows, including pre and post-show outreach, alignment with sales team on communications, and tracking of results
- Develop nurture programs that accelerate funnel velocity, quickly converting inquiries to MQLs to SALs
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with sales to understand market needs, plan coordinated approach and assess results
- Partner with product marketing to understand sales enablement materials, including competitive intelligence, reference guides, FAQs, battle cards, etc.
- Engage with brand team in content development and campaign execution
- Support product launches with campaign development
- Ensure alignment of activities with campaigns in Marketing Automation and Salesforce for consistent data & reporting
- Work with marketing operations to report on marketing campaign performance
- Act as the WELL Health subject matter expert when collaborating with agencies, freelancers, and contractors (pulling in other resources as needed)

REQUIREMENTS
- Strategic thinking with ability to craft effective ways to reach decision makers and buying groups
- Results-driven and strong analytical skills
- Excellent time management and project management, resource organization and prioritization, ability to multitask
- Proven success managing marketing campaigns from start (strategy) to finish (reporting)
- Experience with optimizing content distribution
- Familiarity with marketing automation Salesforce, Google Analytics
- Strong collaboration and people skills
- 5+ years of healthcare marketing experience in strategy & planning, customer acquisition, customer retention/optimization, product marketing launches, content marketing or similar
BONUS
- Experience with outside agencies, or experience working in an agency
- Experience collaborating closely with sales and SDR teams to execute ABM campaigns, analyze results and pivot when necessary
- Experience marketing to large enterprises with buying groups
- Experience marketing healthcare SaaS solutions
LOCATION
WELL Health is headquartered in Santa Barbara, CA. For this role, we are looking for candidates that are currently located within the United States and are seeking a permanently remote role. #LI-Remote
