These components can then be shared securely with business operations teams, in a no-code studio, to orchestrate business processes across functions and systems by adding business logic. Business operations teams can become more self-sufficient, and IT teams can scale with confidence.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Tonkean is looking for a Campaign Manager with a proven track record of planning, executing, managing, and optimizing B2B campaigns for multiple audiences in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.


The ideal candidate will be a data-driven self-starter, demonstrate clear attention to detail, as well as adept at building strategic relationships at all levels of the organization. 


This person will work closely with the Sr. Demand Generation Manager to support all aspects of campaign management, help build the lead generation engine that ultimately drives pipeline for the company. Additionally, this person will be responsible for daily campaign maintenance, results tracking and status updates of various campaigns/projects. 


The right candidate has strong communication and project management skills, familiarity working with project management tools (we use Asana), planning/organizing/executing marketing campaigns, and is able to oversee the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing and performance.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Plan, build, test, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns (events, webinars, email marketing, sponsorships, content launches) and internally created frameworks while running test, experiments, and continually optimize for performance. 
  • Manage multiple launches simultaneously while utilizing marketing best practices to help drive impactful marketing campaigns through a multi-channel approach.
  •  Understand Tonkean’s target personas and their motivations while ensuring our messaging and creative assets are optimized to meet customer/prospect needs.
  • Provide campaign reporting for business assessment and decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns.
  • Manage workload in Asana to effectively and consistently communicate plans, deadlines, programs updates and results with stakeholders across the organization

ABOUT YOU

  • A team player first and foremost, who is willing to go the extra mile for your colleagues.
  • 3+ years of marketing campaign experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment; IT/technology marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in building marketing campaigns and process management (when there is one) or process creation (when there isn’t one).
  • Functional understanding of marketing technology platforms. This would include services like Adwords, LinkedIn Business, ad retargeting (like Rollworks), email marketing (Marketo), Salesforce, Google Analytics and others.
  •  Excellent communication and organization skills. We’re looking for a highly organized thinker, self-motivated, able to optimize your workload independently, and proactive problem solver.
  • Outstanding self-starter with flexibility, adaptability, accountability, and thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Strong understanding and experience working with multiple marketing channels, including digital, webinar, content, and email marketing.
  • Proven ability to track campaign performance and ability to recommend actions based on historical results.
  • BA/BS required
