Job Description Campaign Manager
The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Digital team at JPMorgan is well-positioned to disrupt the commercial real estate space. As we super-charge our growth, we hope to add a campaign manager who will develop and manage marketing campaigns that will ramp up the awareness of our product and generate leads for business development. Tactics include direct mail, email, digital components: online ads/landing pages, video, collateral, trade show, event materials, etc.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support the strategy, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including designing, coordination of resources, content generation, deployment and tracking success of the campaign.
  • Develop strategy and timelines for flawless execution of the marketing campaigns to support product launches, corporate messaging and lead generation efforts to gain new customers and build repeat business.
  • Manage tracking and reporting of campaign success.
    • Communicate in weekly campaign status updates and update/manage marketing calendars directly aligned to the segments.
  • Ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on-time and within budget parameters.
  • Standardize campaign structure and processes when executing campaigns.
  • Oversee the quality of the content created by stakeholders and designers to ensure that brand identity is followed.
  • Work across multifunctional teams, such as-
    • Product marketing to understand go-to-market strategy
    • Internal and external agencies on creative development and execution.
    • Legal, Compliance, Product and Risk for approval of content.
    • Print/Production/Fulfillment Agencies (and or liaison)
    • Digital marketing team (email coordinator, social media coordinator) to execute on the campaign
    • Track and analyze metrics and pivot strategy as needed.
  • Provide campaign improvement recommendations based on results and contribute innovative and creative ideas to improve client experience and project performance.
  • Project manage campaign execution from kick-off to completion working with key functional teams.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong Marketing Experience of 4-7 years. Experience should include: Development and execution of external marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Possess ability to think strategically, but willingness to roll up your sleeves and manage the details of marketing campaign execution including following process and adhering to strict controls.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, work well under pressure and tight deadlines and take projects from initial request through to implementation.
  • Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; ability to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members.
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities.
  • Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Specific experience in Fintech marketing campaigns is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, especially Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, Excel.
