Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of business administration or relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• General understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent marketing automation platform)
• Experience with a Customer Data Platform (CDP)
• Knowledge of Email, SMS, and Push best practices

Job Summary

As a Marketing Business Strategist, you will work with Marketing, Data Intelligence, Product Strategy, and Technology to establish strategies, priorities and business requirements that improve revenue growth and competitive advantage. You must understand the external market and internal business goals to develop initiatives and provide the critical business analytics that will drive business results and help develop early-stage ideas. These ideas will then turn into future growth initiatives in which you will measure the impact of success.

• Design and implement the target state process, procedures and organizational gaps
