What you can expect:

The Omni Direct Business Specialist will have broad exposure to and work with our Account Services, Media and Analytics teams with focus on delivering multi-channel, media and marketing solutions targeting the Hispanic population, the fastest growing demographic in the US.

This exciting, fast-paced mentor program prepares participants by providing a diversity of experiences across our departments. At the end of our 6-month training program, we'll place you in an optimal role that will set both you and us up for long-term success.
