Business Manager, Digital Marketing Analytics

We’re looking for a talented Business Manager to join our team to lead Digital Marketing Analytics. In this role you will own and manage all digital channels including both Inbound (Search / SEO / Site) and Outbound (Paid Social, Display). You will be responsible for developing a strategic roadmap to optimize existing digital marketing channels, and expand into new ones - while also leading testing, reporting, analytics and forecasting for the program. You will directly manage analysts, marketing managers, and media agencies across the channel suite, working closely with Credit, Data Science, and Tech to identify improved customer profitability dynamics and build infrastructure to capture.
In this role, you will
- Build analytical infrastructure to monitor existing digital channel program performance
- Optimize channel performance by deploying ROI based bidding programs and Test & Learn strategies (copy, messaging, creative)
- Expand existing digital channels through audience-based capabilities (1st, 2nd, 3rd Party)
- Expand into new outbound digital platforms
- Develop insightful analysis across channels to further a customer-back learning agenda
- Ultimately be accountable for overall channel performance and growth
You should have
- 5+ years of experience in a quantitative analytics role
- 2+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing role
- Strong collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Advanced technical skills - SQL and Excel proficiency required, R/Python experience a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
- Experience with Google/Microsoft Paid Search, Google Discovery Ads, Programmatic Display required
- Strong sense of ownership and business intuition
- BS / MS - quantitative disciplines (Mathematics / Statistics/ Engineering or a related discipline) preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial services experience
- Experience with Kenshoo Portfolio Optimizer
- Experience in digital or direct/database marketing
