This Marketing Senior Associate role is a great introduction to the Co-brand Card business where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop marketing and product knowledge while being part of an exciting, fast-paced and high-performing team. This position sits within the Co-Brand Cards organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking Group.
Key responsibilities include the following:
This role will be responsible for managing critical processes and partner reporting to drive usability and ensure timely and accurate delivery of contractual obligations. This person will also support several marketing initiatives for the Avios (i.e., British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus) airline cards, as well as driving growth for both acquisition and portfolio channels. The role will also own the paid media marketing, working with other team members on strategy and execution. They will support our robust controls process, as well as contribute to creative review and development. They will partner with our Avios partner airlines as well as internal cross-functional teams such as Acquisitions, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Controls, Tech and Analytics.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and effective communication skills (oral and written)
  • Manage multiple complex initiatives concurrently


Preferred Experience

  • Works well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Has strong relationship management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional partners
  • Drives process improvements in program and marketing execution through operational efficiencies
  • Possesses strong time management and organizational skills
