What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a curious, resourceful, critical thinker who is eager to roll up their sleeves to join the marketing team. Your focus will be helping the partnerships and integrated marketing team launch new verticals and new market alikes. You’ll get exposure and participate in the full lifecycle of partnership work, from pre sales scoping and contracting to campaign creation and execution.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, thrives at multitasking, and building processes for scale. You’re someone who isn’t just open to change, but you relish in it as we’re growing quickly.
We are prioritizing hiring for our DC and NYC offices, but we are open to fully remote candidates residing in CA, CO, DC, GA, IL, MD, NJ, NM, NY, PA,TN, TX, UT, VA, or WA. This position will report to the Marketing Partnerships Manager.
What you'll do:
- Help to create and organize go-to-market and other marketing materials for all stages of the partnership lifecycle
- Operate within the larger Integrated Marketing Team team structure, helping to implement the day-to-day components of the overall strategy
- Develop templates and educational content, resources, and programming to train team members and current/prospective clients on our solutions, processes, and best practices
- Manage/maintain Salesforce and ensure all internal stakeholders are aligned on the proper “source of truth” for key sales data for marketing partnerships
- Project manage the operational components of partnerships and marketing projects, including but not limited to landing page creation, attribution tracking, and event registration
- Listen and collect ongoing, direct, immediate feedback from partners via our sales and success team to improve and finetune training material
- Work closely with the larger Marketing team to coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring the most accurate and up to date information is shared
- Roll up your sleeves with miscellaneous projects to help facilitate the larger Integrated Marketing Team’s efforts and content creation to hit enrollment targets in a specific time frame in specific markets
- Liaise with the data analytics and finance team on reporting for partners using Google Analytics, TUNE (formerly HasOffers), Tableau, Data Studio, Salesforce, and customer acquisition costs and other KPI’s
What will help you succeed:Must-haves:
- 2+ years of marketing and/or account management experience
- Comfortability utilizing both sides of the brain to be able to think creatively and analytically
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills; experience collaborating with designers to create striking presentations, but the ability to produce polished, compelling materials independently as needed
- Active, empathetic listening skills to develop, respond to, and champion a deep, nuanced understanding of your target audience(s) and their needs
- Exceptional attention to detail and process orientation
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Agility & consistent ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with competing priorities
- Positive, team-first attitude and track record of being an invaluable partner
- Strong foundational presentation development skills; Salesforce proficiency
- Must be a self-starter; able to work with minimal supervision to initiate and complete tasks
