The Brand Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the marketing of the company's products, including branding, website maintenance, signage, digital advertising, and email campaigns. This position will be responsible for maintaining an accurate representation of all current inventories. Additionally, this position will assist the Marketing Manager in procuring, developing, and deploying marketing assets.
Responsibilities:
- Implements product marketing plans to support the acquisition and retention of customers, while ensuring alignment of brand messaging and positioning. Works collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to enable successful rollout of new brand, product, and marketing projects. Coordinates detailed project schedules, plans, and resources. Tracks and documents project status.
- Works with external resources including photographers, print partners, marketing, and creative agencies to fulfill marketing requests.
- Assists in maintaining website content, executing marketing campaigns and development of marketing collateral. Collects, stores, and distributes marketing and creative assets.
- Monitors progress and measures performance of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
- Background in Marketing within the Real Estate or the Property Management industry preferred.
- Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, planning and analysis skills.
- Strong relationship management, organizing and customer service skills.
- Must be able to implement process improvement changes.
