Location: Houston, TX
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Brand Marketing Analyst

The Brand Marketing Analyst will provide project management and administrative support for the development of brand and mass campaign assets, supporting the Brand Manager by executing timelines and coordinating with an external agency. This role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders and works closely with several internal teams including content, creative, marketing channels, business teams, legal/regulatory, along with external agencies to ensure alignment.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

• Assist with project management of creative development/production of digital marketing assets (internal and external creative resources/agencies)
• Coordinate timelines and schedules for brand deliverables and campaign assets
• Provide implementation support of the department's promotional calendar (tracking marketing plans/campaigns)
• Administrative support for budget management and expense tracking
• Collaborate on fulfillment of internal brand requests and initiatives
• Help monitor creative output for alignment across assets, while meeting set requirements and objectives
• Must think about consumer engagement and overall customer experience

Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years' experience in marketing, advertising, account planning, brand management or related field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent project management skills, with task and deadline orientation
• Excellent relationship-building & interpersonal skills; collaborate across departments and organizations
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills
• Willing to jump in wherever help is needed
• Ability to coordinate with diverse work groups
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with limited supervision
• Ability to multitask and work successfully in a matrix organization with competing priorities
• Creative and media experience is a plus
• Experience with subscription-based industry (electricity, cable, internet, etc.) is a plus
• Desire to make a difference for the environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or related field
