POSITION SUMMARY:
The Brand Manager is the brand champion. This position will coordinate and execute brand and go-to-market campaigns for a variety of brand initiatives to drive revenue and brand awareness. The Brand Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely deliverables with strong communication and cross-functional partnering skills.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in development and execution of go-to-market strategy and marketing plans necessary to meet company revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and merchandising leads, as well as external marketing agencies to develop the content and collateral to drive promotional objectives, revenue growth, and customer experience
  • Understand customer/consumer behaviors to help inform strategic initiatives
  • Leverage understanding of advertising and promotions, customer facing marketing programs, market trends, and competitive activities to inform marketing efforts.
  • Partner with marketing analytics to identify issues, make decisions, track improvements, and report out on campaign performance
  • Build and present to leadership level all GTM national promotion plans, budgets, briefs, and creative executions on a weekly basis.
  • Communicate with management on project status, risks, opportunities, etc.
  • Interact with and direct third-party vendors and agencies
  • Ensure proper Brand and Legal approvals
  • All other duties as needed or required


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree/equivalent in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, brand management, and/or the development and launch of products in a multi-channel business preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, experience working in detail-oriented role under time-constraints.
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, developing and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to apply and communicate business implications related to marketing programs and initiatives
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects
  • For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring
  • For current FedEx Office team members, must meet hiring criteria for the position and transfer requirements as outlined in the Team Member Handbook

  • Ability to travel as required in order to meet with customers, vendors, other team members, and/or other business necessities

  • Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
  • Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
  • Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
  • Ability, on a consistent basis, to work within the appropriate level of independence
  • Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the FedEx Office business; regular attendance and/or reporting could include regular attendance at a physical location and/or maintaining established business hours depending on the scope and nature of the position
