This B2C Marketing Manager role is responsible for the planning, execution, administration, and measurement of B2C promotions and campaigns. You will collaborate with the broader B2C team, Digital Marketing, Creative/Copy, Marketing Operations, and Social Marketing to deploy, test, and optimize performance of B2C promotions and campaigns.
The primary objectives of this role are to:
Develop agile, repeatable, and scalable customer acquisition programs
Collaborate with the B2C team from conceptualization processes to execution on B2C promotions and campaigns.
Work within established creative processes to communicate vision and goals of promotions/campaigns, as well as submit formal requests to ensure the team has creative assets needed to implement.
Partner with the design team and other internal teams to develop on brand copy and creative assets.
Analyze campaign performance and embrace a culture of continuous data-driven experimentation and testing, resulting in continuous improvement across programs and promotions.
Who you are:
The ideal candidate has comprehensive and hands-on experience (preferably B2C) with planning, executing, and optimizing all aspects of online marketing campaigns. They have worked on large multi-channel campaigns and promotions, and can use data to suggest and make optimizations.
What you'll own:
- Planning and completing an annual campaign calendar.
- Writing and submitting creative briefs within an established creative process.
- Setting goals and measuring performance for B2C campaigns and promotions
- Pulling data through analytics platforms and surfacing insights
- Work cross-functionally within a broader Digital Marketing org.
Experience you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, advertising or a related field.
- 5+ years marketing experience
- Proven understanding of campaign testing strategies and strong statistical analysis abilities.
- Effective communication and writing skills.
- Strong project and process management, organizational, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a diverse team environment, under tight deadlines with quick turnaround.
