The Role
Are you ready to help break down the barriers to mental health care? We’re looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to lead B2B partner marketing efforts for Monarch, a SimplePractice company. You will help develop, manage, and execute successful co-marketing campaigns with our enterprise partners, including healthcare companies and EAPs.
This will include collaborating to execute campaigns across channels (email, display, direct mail, paid media, etc.), managing the creation of custom materials, and supporting business development efforts through collateral. You must be an excellent communicator, and experienced in partnerships and/or product marketing in an enterprise B2B setting — ideally with some experience in healthcare, wellness, mental health or the medical field.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our enterprise partners and Business Development teams to develop digital marketing programs, including email, direct mail, display, paid advertising and more
- Work with creative teams to develop educational materials, training collateral, and other custom materials to support successful partnerships
- Ensure alignment on marketing strategy across enterprise partners, internal stakeholders, and marketing teams
- Meticulously project manage marketing requests, collateral development and campaign execution
- Develop, measure and benchmark tangible success metrics, both internally and externally with our partners
Desired Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years experience in partnership and/or product marketing in a B2B, enterprise or SaaS
- Digital marketing experience, across channels
- Experience in or deep knowledge of healthcare, medical industry, wellness, or mental health
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and needs
- Creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform marketing decisions
- Excellent organizational skills to manage projects with many moving parts
