What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement B2B content and inbound marketing strategy in order to build our B2B pipeline, increase site traffic, generate new leads, and support engagement across the entire customer lifecycle
- Manage strategy, editorial calendar, content creation, and publishing across the following B2B marketing channels: Calm for Business blog, newsletters, Campaigns and new content marketing channels
- Develop and experiment with creative new content marketing campaigns that help build our B2B brand, attract new prospects, and position Calm as a thought leader
- Write and edit copy for blog posts, newsletters, paid ads, lifecycle marketing emails, and other b2b marketing assets / campaigns
- Manage B2B content creation pipeline, project manage inbound requests, and work proactively with partner teams to develop scalable processes for efficiently generated high-quality content
- Serve as a strategic partner across the team and look for opportunities to leverage content (existing and new) to help improve the efficacy of our demand gen, community engagement, employee adoption, and sales enablement programs
- Collaborate closely with the consumer marketing and editorial teams to leverage other content initiatives, whether in-app or through the Calm Blog, to help support our B2B goals
- Provide copywriting, branding, and messaging support across the team as needed
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of content marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a B2B marketing role
- Experience building out content marketing programs from scratch. You can develop a strategy, set up a new blog, create the content, and then begin scaling and optimizing
- Strong writing skills and experience in creating B2B marketing content, including blog posts, newsletters, case studies, e-books, and more
- Customer-centric, empathetic, and creative. You always build strategy around customer insights, you have a knack for understanding the wants and needs of others, and you’re great at generating creative new ideas around those customers
- Analytical and data-driven. You are a strong problem solver who knows how to use data to identify problems, find opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in our marketing and growth efforts
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful. As an early member of a startup within a startup, we need people who can find creative ways to make a big impact without massive amounts of resources
- Demonstrated track record of successful content marketing campaign and program management. You can work cross functionally to take a project from inception through to execution under tight time constraints.
- Familiar with inbound marketing, content marketing, website optimization, and lead generation best practices
