Through the use of data and analytics, they create and deliver marketing campaigns or servicing messages through our websites, mobile apps, and paid media channels based on what is best for the customer.
The team
You will sit within the Chief Marketing Office, a nimble team directly responsible for shaping, driving and delivering strategic priorities across and beyond Marketing globally.

The role
Are you willing to lead projects that span every facet of Asset & Wealth Management Marketing? This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and analytical individual with a consultative mind-set to join us. Our projects involve managing organizational and operational change, increasing the speed of adoption of new capabilities, processes and ways of working. In this role you will have regular opportunities to work closely with senior management in order to execute on an ambitious transformation agenda.
Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives from initiation through execution.
• Analyze problems, formulate insights and deliver action-oriented recommendations to move projects forward and make change happen.
• Mobilize and lead cross-functional teams.
• Drive and ensure organizational alignment with business strategies through a variety of change enablement and engagement activities.
• Define and measure success and adoption; provide post-implementation recommendations.
• Support the development and execution of relevant communication strategies.
• Contribute to creating an environment where diversity of thought and experience is welcomed and encouraged.

Preferred

• Proven experience in business consulting management.
• Experience in a similar role in the Financial Services.
• Working knowledge of business process design and improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and employ advanced automation and data analytics skills with MS Office, VBA, Tableau or Python.
