The Role:

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to assist in managing projects and campaigns for the Product Marketing team. This person reports directly to the PMO Lead, Marketing and will ensure projects are running efficiently, coordinate with project stakeholders, and effectively plan deliverables until execution. The Product Marketing team is responsible for creating, owning, and championing go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product features including setting objectives, goals, audience definition, marketing and communication strategy, and measurement. This is a hands-on, collaborative role with a unique opportunity to lead marketing initiatives within a quickly scaling company.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Be responsible for overseeing and managing assigned projects and campaigns across Marketing  - specifically within the scope of the Product Marketing team
  • Ensure that projects are running efficiently; create, manage tasks, and execution of marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure planning and collaboration across the entire project life-cycle
  • Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across project(s) based on scope of work and project goals
  • Consistently manage internal expectations on realistic timelines for delivery based on overall resources available
  • Actively monitor project risks and scope to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance
  • Lead all project meetings and drive teams toward timely completion of project milestones and phases
  • Report to the Senior Manager of Project Management to help optimize existing processes and tools that will increase efficiency
  • Assist in the coordination and management of all project planning meetings throughout the project life-cycle: preparing agendas, circulating key documents, note taking, and meeting follow ups

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university 
  • 1+ years of project management experience within a marketing department, agency or product marketing vertical
  • Demonstrated project management skills: clear communication, extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Experience creating project plans that include but are not limited to brief creation, timelines/schedules with dependencies, status reporting, internal check-ins and debrief meetings
  • Ability to adapt to constant changes and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to implement and enforce processes that ensure best practices in marketing and resource management
  • Ability to wear many hats and take on additional responsibilities in order to get the job done
  • Ability to successfully manage projects across the entire project lifecycle on time and on budget
  • Great collaboration skills with ability to focus on both the big picture and the granular project details
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and take collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Experience with workflow/project management tools – Asana experience is a plus
  • Product Marketing Experience a plus
