Role Summary

onsemi is seeking a results-driven strategic-minded professional to join the Channel Marketing team as the Digital and Content Marketing Specialist. As the Digital and Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving demand creation with distribution partners by deploying all-encompassing digital marketing campaigns in support of the company's corporate and channel strategies. This role is focused on digital, campaign, and content marketing via channel partners across the globe.

In this role you will have the opportunity to build relationships with and work with stakeholders across the business including Corporate Marketing, Business Units, Field Sales, Inside Sales, and distribution partner organizations. This position will be located Phoenix, AZ, or US Remote, and report to the Manager, Global Channel Marketing within the Corporate Marketing organization.

This role will be a part of the growing onsemi Marketing team. The team is passionate about data, storytelling, and winning customers' hearts and minds. Responsibilities

  • Deployment of onsemi marketing strategies through the high-service distributors
    • Proliferate the channel marketing strategy and align to the unique strengths and capabilities of each high service distributor
    • Develop and deploy impactful digital campaigns to drive identified objectives
    • Leverage company-wide resources to drive successful execution of campaigns
    • Define KPIs to measure the impact of field programs and regularly report to channel and corporate marketing management
  • Field Enablement
    • Develop programs that enable, motivate, and incentivize distributor field teams to design-in onsemi products and solutions
    • Maintain the accessibility and quality of technical content to support design activities
    • Coordinate regular technical training events and vertical calls with distributor field personnel including topic and presenter selection, content creation, and business impact tracking
    • Act as a liaison between Corporate Marketing and Channel Sales, ensuring both teams are driving toward common objectives
  • Digital Marketing
    • Coordinate with the regional Channel Marketing leaders in America, EMEA, and APAC, as well as the broader corporate marketing team to drive alignment between field-based and digital campaigns
    • Leverage stakeholders to produce messaging, creative, and technical assets to support successful implementation of digital campaigns
    • Collaborate with corporate marketing and distribution partners to build capability in new initiatives such as web personalization, lead nurturing, and marketing automation programs
  • Drive Brand Presence and Integrity
    • Evangelize consistent use and adoption of the onsemi brand voice and tone
    • Maintain and elevate the onsemi brand integrity and core values across external touchpoints
    • Promote onsemi products, and solutions across distribution partner websites and teams



Qualifications:
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or any relevant discipline.
  • Familiarity with high tech or semiconductor industry will be a plus, but not a mandate.
  • 1-2 years' experience relevant experience in Marketing/Sales
  • Willingness to establish strong working relationships and influencing stakeholders across all levels both internally and externally
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to focus under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communicator including written and verbal communication
  • Results-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and demonstrated success working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio
  • Ability to travel infrequently domestically
