Your day to day

Coordinate and/or assist in the delivery of digital assets for global and regional marketing campaigns in support of all IHG brands for the email web & app channel. Ensure timely implementation of initiatives and serve as primary contact between Campaign team, Creative Agency, and Content Operations for the channel. Test assets post launch and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

  • Assist in the implementation of global broad-base and Americas region-specific programs, ensuring effective/efficient use of email web & app channel.
  • Work with our agencies, partners, and internal resources to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality visual and written content across web and app marketing touchpoints.
  • Deliver against merchandising strategy that aligns to company/brand goals and Campaign calendar
  • Implement effective tracking for reporting, performance data and analytics to measure ROI.
  • Project manage campaigns being delivered & communicate effectively to stakeholders.
  • Work on final asset delivery for campaigns ensuring to include all requirements needed for developers.
  • Support and deliver email web & app merchandising placements understanding its functionality.
  • Support and deliver web & app marketing landing pages being familiar with available templates.
  • Submit final assets to Content Operations using the MRM process.
  • Project manage delivery timelines to ensure assets are launched on time.
  • Support website maintenance and defects.
  • Support manager with other marketing projects as necessary.



What we need from you

Education -

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.

Experience -

2 to 5 years progressive work related experience in corporate marketing environment with demonstrated technical proficiency related to the position including experience with internal and external communications and creative development.

Technical Skills and Knowledge -

Demonstrated experience in promotional, channel or frequency marketing preferred.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing concepts and basic accounting principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing.
  • Knowledgeable of digital assets and agency experience are preferred.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to clients, vendors, management and staff.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communications and interpersonal skills.
  • General knowledge of hotel systems and operations beneficial.
  • Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
