As a Field Digital Engagement Associate Specialist on the Digital Product Field Engagement team, you will work closely with our Illustrations product. You will work alongside and be guided by the engagement lead and lead engagement specialist and learn to be a subject matter expert in the assigned workflow through the eyes of the user. You will aid in the administration of the process, including but not limited to: calendaring, meeting notes, document management and storage, logistics and task management, all done while having the opportunity to work alongside and learn from senior members of the Illustrations team. Your work will set the foundation to create meaningful awareness and satisfaction with the Illustrations experience, including that with digital technology.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as an empathetic advocate for the field, representing the field perspective in internal discussions about digital technology
- Drive administrative support, logistics, and coordination of field committees and Field Engagement-related meetings, including: scheduling, minutes capture and publishing, solicitation and management of agenda topics, meeting follow-ups coordination, and support meeting logistics and meeting material management
- Support DP-FE team efficiency by coordinating and maintaining standard operational templates, content libraries, team sites, onboarding materials, and reports
- Support individual DP-FE initiatives as required, providing project coordination, meeting management, field-facing and related content management, team site management, and logistics/administrative support
- Support and coordinate completion of status reporting as required for DP-FE function operations (OKRs, key updates, etc.), by managing content solicitation, review timelines, and submission

- Contribute input as required to support communication to the Field regarding digital technology
- Participate in Tech Hub at field events, to build a network of field contacts and to build field empathy
- Act as an empathetic advocate for the field, representing the field perspective in internal discussions about digital technology
- Participate in Digital Product events, to deepen DP knowledge and business acumen
- Provide backup coverage via logistics / project coordination support for other Digital Product initiatives if required

- Bachelor's Degree required or 2-4 years work experience in a related role
- 1-4 years of previous experience in a related role
- Prior experience working in an administrative and project coordination capacity; exposure to the NM field
- Passion for improving how the field does business and serves clients through valuable digital technology
- Highly organized and goal-driven
- Solid communication skills
- Willingness to jump in and contribute to team objectives
- Ability to work with minimal oversight based on clear guidance
- Ability to manage expectations and influence others
- Willingness to ask for help when needed and take initiative
