The Digital Marketing and Commercial Excellence (DMCE) organization has a shared purpose to help build the next chapter of commercial leadership in Human Health around the world. Our focus will be to drive digital marketing at scale, embed innovation in our commercial strategies, and empower commercial leaders of the future.
The Associate Director-Global Marketing/Commercial Excellence role within DMCE will be focused on strategy realization and strategy evolution. The role will focus on helping to realize the full potential of our global commercial framework (L3) and working with core cross functional team members on the evolution of the framework to meet the needs of our customers and patients.
Types of work may include:
- Collaborate across teams/key stakeholders, developing a network of subject matter experts and data sources to contribute to project execution.
- Imbedding into the L3 work for critical global and regional launches including Oncology and Vaccines
- Identifying key opportunities to test and learn enhancements to the L3 framework for future iterations
- Production of executive level presentations and/or reporting of strategy recommendations to appropriate senior management
- Work with marketing teams globally to gather insights on successes and opportunities for growth with realization of the L3 framework
- Identify and elevate potential issues related to L3 execution
- Develop and communicate innovative strategy enhancements (e.g. skills, capabilities, tools) with core teams such as HHIAD, GL&D, and other areas in DMCE
- Helping to inform future iterations of our company's global omnichannel playbook.
Location:
- This position is location agnostic but may require up to 25% Travel to our Upper Gwynedd., PA office for collaboration, as needed.
Education Minimum Requirement:
- BS/BA required; MBA/MS/PMP preferred
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of pharmaceutical experience in a marketing, marketing research, or marketing operations role
- Previous experience executing L3 within global/region/market in a marketing or cross functional role.
- Strong collaboration, project management and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills: ability to drive decision-making and results, ability to meet both the needs of the business and the needs of the customer
- Ability to manage ambiguity and to adapt to the changing needs of customers and the business
- Ability to work across divisions and functions to ensure that work progresses effectively and efficiently
- Recognized ability to listen, empathize and enable other team members to put forward their ideas
- Strong and dynamic communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Digital marketing, data, and analytics experience, agile, change management and/or omnichannel marketing.
