Associate Director, Digital Messaging

We are looking for an Associate Director, Digital Messaging to create big-picture digital solutions and deliver transformational brand experiences. This person will work within our Marketing Services team and will be responsible for helping lead our Digital Messaging channel by setting and achieving channel goals, growing our client base and developing the Digital Messaging team. Role and Responsibilities
- Mature and expand the knowledge and thought leadership of the Bounteous Digital Messaging practice along with the supporting technology
- Serve as senior subject matter expert and advisor for channel team members, and during business development pursuits
- Lead a team of campaign managers and specialists to execute upon multiple digital messaging client projects
- Be a leading practice advocate and evangelist within and beyond Bounteous
- Prepare project plans that list tasks, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies and owners
- Assess team effectiveness and opportunities then formulate a plan to action against
- Work with assigned account teams to support top performance and growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant experience
- Agency experience preferred but not required
- Solid understanding of digital marketing & data reporting
- Familiarity with at least two of the following platforms: Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Campaign Standard, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other enterprise marketing platforms/ESPs.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript preferred but not required
- Passion for the digital domain and use of technology to solve business problems
- Ability to learn new technologies at high level to identify use opportunities
- Be self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer success
- Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written
- Experience working directly in one of: Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Campaign Standard, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other enterprise marketing platforms/ESPs
- Understanding of customer and e-commerce data concepts, structures and use cases
- Demonstrable leadership experience at team and individual level
