The Associate Director, Clinical Product Marketing will be responsible for leading and executing a comprehensive, multi-channel clinical education program for healthcare providers (HCPs). This role will be instrumental in positioning GRAIL as the leader in multi-cancer early detection and in driving the adoption of GRAIL’s Galleri® multi-cancer early detection test. This role will work closely with colleagues in Marketing, Medical Affairs, Commercial, and other groups, as well as with external agencies and contractors. Additionally, this role will establish and maintain relationships with physicians and Key Opinion Leaders.

You will:

  • Develop and implement educational marketing programs and collateral for HCPs to establish the role of multi-cancer early detection and the Galleri test
  • Develop HCP testimonials and case studies to demonstrate the value of early cancer detection through the Galleri test
  • Support the development of commercial KOL strategy to drive demand
  • Build a best-in-class peer-to-peer education program and work with physician advisors to educate HCPs across the US
  • Lead commercial advisory boards to inform clinical strategies
  • Support strategic development for a full range of medical content (slide presentations, advisory boards, discussion guides, training resources, etc.)
  • Establish and maintain expertise in all relevant clinical data for multi-cancer early detection
  • Serve as the marketing liaison to the field medical team
  • Measure effectiveness of educational programs; share insights for continual improvement

Your background should include:

  • Advanced degree preferred: MBA/MPH/PhD
  • In-depth knowledge of lab-based diagnostic testing and lab-developed tests
  • Oncology and/or Primary Care experience a plus
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical marketing or related discipline in the US healthcare market.
  • Strong understanding of key stakeholder roles and existing referral patterns within cancer diagnosis in the US.
  • Experience developing content and messaging for a clinical audience, including agency and creative talent management to execute.
  • Shown ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive results in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of getting things done and growing responsibility over time.
  • Ability to effectively lead multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to use customer and marketplace insights to identify, develop and implement initiatives that meet customer and company needs
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and the ability to build relationships quickly and credibly to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Willing and able to travel as needed.
