The Associate Connections Manager is responsible for the day-to-day conversation strategy behind each social channel.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration and development of content with internal and client teams
- Managing and deploying content through social (and social CMS) platforms
- Working with multiple partner agencies to meet deadlines
- Communication of social media best-practices and best-in-class work and opportunities
- Reporting, analysis and ongoing insights and recommendations to internal teams and client

Required Skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent working knowledge of social media platforms
- Excellent presentation skills (speaking and visual design) required
- Fortitude to stay calm under pressure
- Interest in additional emerging media, including the latest forms of social media and technology
- Ability to look for conversational opportunities beyond social that connect with the greater digital ecosystem
- A basic understanding of user behavior on social platforms
- Can think strategically towards accomplishing business objectives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of social media tools and capabilities, including:
- Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Management tools (Sprinklr, Spredfast, etc.)
- Digital monitoring (Social Radar, Radian6, etc.)
- Influencer outreach
- Social media activation (paid, earned and amplification)
- Social media measurement/analytics
Required Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing environment, may include relevant internships
- Specific hands-on experience with social marketing channels
- Demonstrated success with client relationships and team management
