Who are you?

As the Associate Brand Manager, you are responsible for driving marketing initiatives forward. You will be ideating and developing strategic initiatives and executing against those initiatives. You must think big picture about our brand and how to communicate with our highly engaged community and TAM. This position must have a hunger to deeply understand our customer cohorts and be able to articulate their pain points and the value propositions that Helium 10 offers. We need someone who can think creatively about macro top-of-funnel messaging, channels and activities and be able to put a plan together to execute against them. This position will need to dive into the competitive landscape to understand the marketplace and how to drive content and interaction points to continue to lead the space. You must thrive in a fast-paced (preferably tech or SaaS) environment, love to collaborate and ideate cross-functionally and can think both short and long-term


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Increase Amazon and Helium 10 awareness from our TAM (total addressable market) by focusing on upper funnel marketing activities and positioning strategies 
  • Champion, research, and test new upper funnel channels to increase brand awareness and increase subscriber base 
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer segments and create documentation and collateral around those segments. Be the voice of making sure our marketing activities address various cohorts with strong messaging and positioning 
  • Keen understanding of competitive landscape, ability to track competitive activities, and have a point of view on the the landscape 
  • Audit current webinar, blog, and lead magnet approach and come up with recommendations for improvement and short and long-term plan 
  • Support industry and research activities - quantitative and qualitative - and develop strategies to use the data output to create compelling content (e.g. lead magnets, social, white papers, etc) 
  • Write compelling briefs and be able to articulate a vision and plans to internal stakeholders 
  • Partner with Growth, Product, PMM, and Creative teams on marketing initiatives 
  • Support in-market efforts to expand our brand awareness such as trade shows and industry events
  • Support other larger brand initiatives including partnerships and emerging media opportunities and other marketing activities as needed


Job Requirements:

  • 3-4 years brand or digital marketing experience 
  • E-commerce and/or SaaS experience in a high-growth environment preferred 
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment with a knack for being able to pivot seamlessly while staying focused
