Position Overview:

Sparkling Flavors (Sprite, Fanta, and Flavors) Associate Brand Manager

We are looking for a rockstar marketer with a curious mind who sees the world as what it could be vs. what it is. The Associate Brand Manager will help execute strategic initiatives across the Sparkling Flavors portfolio.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Brand Leads on key strategic initiatives and brand planning process
  • Lead the data reporting and sharing process for multiple brands
  • Execute stage gating process for major projects
  • Lead cross-functional project meetings to gain alignment for key project milestones
  • Partner with creative content team to generate and nourish consumer facing creative ideas
  • Work with insights team to mine data for breakthrough consumer insights
  • Assist in the long term brand planning process

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • 3 or more years of relevant experience preferred
