UiPath is looking for a highly talented and experienced Channel Partner Manager to support the AMER Growth team. In this role, you will recruit, enable, and drive Growth product (Discovery Products, Test Automation, Document Understanding, and AI Center) revenue within our partner ecosystem. To be successful you will work closely with the Growth sales leadership, Growth field sales, and the various Partner Director identifying the right partners and opportunities to achieve positive results. In this role your activities will include partner training, account alignment, business development, pipeline management, solution design and other supporting functions.

 

The right candidate will need to be able to build something from the ground up while being extremely resourceful and exceptionally creative. They must be able to speak the partner “code” and be capable of influencing key leaders to sell our Growth product line. Applicants should possess strong communication skills, be highly organized, demonstrate consistent success, and have a bias for action. Ultimately, the right person will see a pathway to increment revenue growth and execute a program to deliver these results.

What you'll do at UiPAth

  • Support the Growth Team as part of the AMER Channel Team
  • Become a subject matter expert on the Growth suite of products
  • Recruit and activate partners to meet Growth team target revenue (iARR)
  • Train and enable partners on the value proposition of the Growth products
  • Develop strong relationships with partners from the field to the c-level
  • Align UiPath sales executives with partner counterparts to pursue accounts
  • Produce a comprehensive business development plan to execute with partners
  • Have full operational command of the EPS channel pipeline, revenue, and business KPI’s
  • Present at regular business reviews (QBRs) to share progress, concerns, and other important information internally and with partners
  • Communicate frequently with all stakeholders on the progress of the program
  • Address and resolve channel conflict
  • Work with other supporting teams (marketing, engineers, etc.) to create joint solutions that will accelerate partner revenue

What you'll bring to UiPath

  • 8+ years of experience in client-facing, sales or channel roles
  • Be able to discuss digital transformation imperatives and how automation can accelerate.
  • Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota, diversity of business customers and C-level customer/partner interface.
  • Flair for reaching out to and working with C or C-1 levels in client or partner organizations.
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple, competing, and conflicting priorities simultaneously. 
  • Experience in building processes, program management, project management and related schedules
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive decisions. 
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired. 
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and product adoption.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with business proficiency.
  • Willing and able to travel 50% (post COVID-19)
  • Minimum Bachelors degree preferable in business / technology or Management
