Affiliate Relations Manager - Job Description

The Affiliate Relations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all affiliate partnership activities including within the MSP (Managed Service Provider) Program. The manager will take the initiative in assuring affiliate satisfaction via process improvement plans and efficient reporting and flow of information. The manager will support the Core Values and Purpose of the company while ensuring we are supporting our Differentiating Value of Quality. This is an exempt position.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop, route, and gain approval for program oversight for affiliates
  • Analyze processes for ways to streamline and increase efficiency
  • Determine metrics, strategies, and staffing requirements to complete goals as determined by management and the executive team
  • Manage panel activity in support of MSP Account Managers
  • Manage new affiliate requests, contracts, RFI's
  • Complete "Welcome calls" to engage and maintain affiliates within the panel. Report completion of calls as well as information received.
  • Study, analyze, and report on affiliate performance methods relative to service and innovation. Proactively report trends and concerns of affiliate
  • Resolve affiliate complaints and concerns by investigating problems, developing solutions and managing through to resolution
  • Look for opportunities to celebrate achievements and "good news"
  • Educate affiliates regarding new developments and service offerings
  • Provide tailored responses that match the clients' expectations and demonstrate a sense of urgency for their requests
  • Ability to build strong rapport by utilizing interpersonal skills, asking well-defined questions, and anticipating affiliate needs

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years staffing industry experience
  • Ability to utilize excel and track/trend data using these tools
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office, including strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
  • Excellent Internet research skills
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Close attention to detail
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple distractions
  • Ability to stay on task with minimal direction
  • Ability to handle large workload while maintaining high level of quality of work
  • Strong understanding of process within MSP
  • Ability to review and analyze affiliates performance
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to make decisions at times with limited information
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Upbeat, personable, and friendly
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to work with others both inside and outside Medical Solutions
  • Ability to work closely with MSP teams and MSP Placement Specialists

Preferences:

  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • Minimum of 1-year Managed Service experience is a plus
