About the role

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Affiliate Marketing Account Manager that is analytical and a self-starter who possesses strong business acumen and communicates effectively with affiliate partners providing clear and actionable insights that lead to increased traffic and conversions. The Affiliate Partner Account Manager is part of a team of managers that: recruit new affiliates, evaluate and optimize current affiliate relationships, negotiate affiliate partnerships and ad placement, and provide analysis and optimization for the channel as a whole. At Helium 10, the Affiliate Management Team is one of the most public-facing teams, and therefore managers are held to a higher standard with regards to knowledge and understanding of our Helium 10 software suite, as well as selling on Amazon.

This position is remote and can be performed anywhere in the United States

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Effective management of existing affiliate accounts and development of strong relationships that foster account growth.
  • Oversee affiliate partner activity, analyze their performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase their performance.
  • Manage campaign results to ensure they are set up properly and on time.
  • Identify and recruit new affiliates through various approaches including social networks, marketplace sites, etc.
  • Present reports for relevant program metrics such as number of affiliate partners recruited, conversion rates, number of conversions generated per affiliate, promotions driven etc.
  • Set goals for affiliate accounts and propose tactics and give guidance to meet them.
  • Develop insightful analytics to monitor aggregate and individual affiliate account performance.
  • Monitor affiliate promotional activities to ensure ethical marketing as well as regulatory compliance.
  • Learn and communicate new business and other opportunities to help improve our program.
  • Get on video calls and deliver inspiring web-based product/education demos to educate Affiliates on Helium 10 software and help them drive their own promotions.
  • Provide insightful technical answers to affiliates and recommend creative ways for them to promote Helium10 and for their audience to get the most out of our platform.
  • Maintain in depth knowledge and technical understanding of all Helium 10 software products and services.
  • Represent Helium 10 at social events, networking conferences, and business meetings to promote and market our brand.


Job Requirements:

  • Must have at least 3 years experience in managing accounts and at least 2 years in affiliate management.
  • 2 years of experience in sales or performance marketing are required.
  • Proven consistent track record of exceeding affiliate/ sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of the Helium 10 Software Suite ( You will have time to learn all aspects in detail on the Job but must be fully competent within 3 months).
  • You must be comfortable doing video calls with screen share demonstrating our software to affiliate accounts and or their audiences.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software.
  • Ability to be competitive, a self-starter, resilient and highly motivated to build new business.
  • Prefer previous SaaS sales or education experience.
  • Strong work ethic. Employees must understand and possess a willingness to work hard, be honest and have integrity.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to adapt in an ever-changing self-starter.
