The Role:

We are looking for an Affiliate and Influencer Growth Manager to join our growing team for a 100% remote position (this position will continue to be remote in a post-COVID world). The growth manager will be responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of new publishers as well as the growth support of existing publishers. This is a great opportunity to get in with a fast-growing start-up at a pivotal time in the company’s growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Publisher Recruitment: Identify areas of new opportunities and trends to drive new publisher recruitment. Tasks include CRM management, list building, email drip campaigns, targeted ad campaigns, one-to-one outreach and more. 
  • New Publisher Training: Strategically coach publishers to optimize activity by educating on conversion, sales and brand offerings to grow their earnings.  
  • Existing Publisher Growth: Set and execute on growth goals of existing publisher community to increase their earning via StackCommerce links and influencer campaigns. Work with publisher team to grow our publisher loyalty program.
  • Compliance: Build on current compliance procedures to always ensure T&C and FTC compliance by our partners.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing
  • Extensive knowledge of the affiliate marketing landscape
  • Knowledge of affiliate networks and SaaS platforms (Tune, Impact, Commission Junction, ShareASale, Awin, Rakuten, Partnerize etc.)
  • Highly involved in influencer communities online (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc)
  • Expert at Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Slides
  • Comfortable with new and emerging technology
  • Very technically savvy
  • Proven excellence in exceeding revenue goals
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Knowledge of CreatorIQ, a plus

  • Homework Assignment: We will send over a quick writing exercise that challenges you to solve a problem and come up with creative solutions. Get a feel for what you’ll be doing on a daily basis!
  • Remote-Team Interview: You’ll be meeting with 2-3 team members on a video call. This is your chance to ask questions and see who this role interacts with on a daily basis.
  • Final Video Call: This is a great opportunity to get to know our COO or CEO over video.
