The Acquisition and Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the team’s acquisition marketing efforts and the marketing tech stack. You are an expert at Pardot, Salesforce, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Tableau, WordPress and various advertising platforms. You can figure anything out, even if you haven’t done it before.
What we’re looking for
Primary responsibilities of the Acquisition & Marketing Operations Manager include:
- Own and manage all SEM, Display, and paid social efforts, including agency relationships
- Use Google Analytics and Tableau to build reports and provide insights to the marketing team
- Expert level Google AdWords, Facebook advertising, AdRoll, Twitter advertising, Pinterest Advertising, and Google Analytics
- Source OOH, Radio, TV advertising and evaluate RFPs
- Develop and execute the acquisition and retention automated lifecycle journey across all channels in a way that creates a seamless omni-channel journey
- Work with the teams across all channels to execute strategy on testing to inform effectiveness of all communication
- Ability to sift through large amounts of data to identify and prioritize most impactful growth and optimization opportunities
- Able to discover insights experience revealing powerful and actionable information about your target audience and the ability to tap into those insights to build compelling campaigns and programs
- Manage large advertising budgets and deliver to new user growth expectations
- Work directly with creative team to inform from the beginning of each new concept how best to supply assets and how to iterate these assets into optimal solutions
- Maintain data accuracy for Marketing and Marketplace team weekly reporting
- Research and execute niche advertising opportunities at the community level
Qualifications:
- Expert level Google AdWords, Facebook advertising, AdRoll, Twitter advertising, Pinterest Advertising, and Google Analytics
- Expert level marketing automation tools (such as Pardot), email marketing, SMS, and push (Iterable), and SFDC
- Strong knowledge of WordPress
- Competency with code editing
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university
- 3+ years experience in acquisition and marketing operations working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Impeccable organizational and project management skills
- Personality profile to fit into a high-growth, entrepreneurial culture that requires teamwork with various teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
