The Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist is responsible for:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation, Customer Expansion, you’ll be responsible for orchestrating, executing, measuring and optimizing global programs that drive revenue growth in existing customer accounts. We’re looking for an experienced professional to help build a robust pipeline of expansion opportunities for the sales and customer success teams. 

You’ll build stronger relationships with customers through engaging and targeted, integrated B2B marketing campaigns. You’ll need to collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute on a marketing strategy aligned with Collibra’s strategic priorities, pipeline goals and other marketing KPIs. If you're a builder that takes a data-driven approach to customer growth and LTV, this is an amazing role for you.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience managing demand generation or lifecycle marketing programs at a high-growth, B2B technology company. 
  • Demonstrable results building customer pipeline and generating revenue growth through multichannel campaigns (including, but not limited to: website, content, paid media, search, email, third party partnerships and live/virtual events) 
  • Familiarity with B2B lifecycle marketing, growth and retention best practices; ability to use a clear demand planning methodology; and experience measuring program performance.
  • Fundamental understanding of marketing automation best practices, including lead scoring, lead nurturing, email marketing, landing page, form strategy, etc.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred) and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Bizible, Engagio, Google Analytics, etc.)

You Are:

  • Supporting the customer journey and ensuring campaign/program strategy, content, channels and targeting are aligned to drive deeper engagement, increased retention and revenue growth of Collibra’s customers. 
  • Working closely with our customer success and marketing teams to identify, develop and deliver multi-channel customer programs that drive customer adoption, cross-sell/upsell and subsequent renewal. 
  • Measuring and reporting on customer engagement and retention related goals, KPIs and individual program and channel performance, ensuring learnings are consistently applied.
  • Identifying areas of improvement and optimizing performance with messaging, segmentation, and creative, etc.
  • Project managing and supporting the Sr. Manager to drive timely and consistent communication of demand initiatives, roadmap, progress, and performance results to the broader marketing team, sales team and company leadership.

Measuring Success:

  • Within your first month, you will have met your primary business partners and you will understand our team goals. 
  • Within your third month, you will be working with Marketing, Customer Success and Services teams to build our customer marketing strategy and implementation plans.
  • Within your sixth month, you will begin measuring campaign program execution and partnering with your stakeholders on plans to scale the campaign strategy
