Account Based Marketing Specialist
deepwatch is seeking an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to support the marketing operations team within the marketing department. This position is responsible for creating, executing, and reporting on multichannel digital marketing campaigns to support deepwatch's Account Based Marketing program. Working closely with cross-functional team members and Marketing Operation Manager, the ABM Specialist will support all programmatic and operational ABM initiatives through Terminus, Influ2, and deepwatch's MarTech stack. This person will have a strong foundation in marketing operations and account-based marketing and will be tasked with creating, implementing, and improving best practices to support the deepwatch ABM program. The ideal candidate is technical, organized, results-driven, has strong attention to detail, and has a passion for digital applications.
Position Responsibilities

  • Responsible for deepwatch's growing ABM program, specifically from the operational execution, testing, deployment, and continuous evaluation perspective
  • Maintain ABM Platform integrations with CRM and other platforms to best support the team with functionality and data needed
  • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team
  • Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve systems and processes
  • Manage marketing operational efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
  • Plan and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives related to ABM such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing

Requirements
Required Experience, Skills and Knowledge

  • 1-3 years experience in a Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation or similar role
  • 1+ years experience with HubSpot and Salesforce and/or other CRM or Marketing Automation Platforms
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing and intent data
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically to report on business objectives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Have strong work ethic, be highly responsive, and be dedicated to program results
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and be flexible within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen in accordance with applicable laws


Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

  • Experience with Google Analytics or other Business Intelligence Platforms
  • Experience in display advertising and reporting on those metrics
  • Experience with ABM Platforms and/or ABM concepts


Colorado* Candidates :
Minimum salary of $64,000 + bonus + commissions + stock options + benefits. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
*Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when working remotely from the state of Colorado.
