Terminus is seeking an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager, Acquisition to join our growth marketing team as a critical player in our growth initiatives. This role will focus on driving engagement, pipeline and revenue at targeted accounts to generate new business. This role will work closely with our outbound account development team and new business account executives to executive creative and compelling ABM campaigns, content, and experiences. This will require a solid foundation in campaign planning, multi-channel marketing, messaging, and creativity to break-through and fully engage multiple audiences within the organization. 


Reporting directly to the VP, Growth Marketing and collaborating closely with the brand, content, and product marketing teams, this role will own and lead the marketing strategy, campaign development and execution for its acquisition and pipeline acceleration ABM programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the marketing strategy, execution, and the results for the ABM programs geared towards new customer acquisition.
  • Create quarter long, themed campaigns, layered in with highly targeted programs to reach, engage and nurture targeted accounts from opportunity -> pipeline -> close. 
  • Leverage a multi-channel approach (digital, chat, advertising, events, direct mail, etc.) and the Terminus ABM platform to engage key personas at targeted accounts to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with content marketing and product marketing teams to develop necessary content assets and tailored messaging to specifically address the prospects’ pain points and how Terminus can help.
  • Measure, analyze and report on results, with an eye for optimization and performance improvements. 
  • Be an advocate for ABM and the benefits of multi-channel marketing, participating on webinars and sales calls from time-to-time.
  • Partner closely with the Sales team (AEs and ADRs) to identify the target accounts and follow-up in a timely manner of those showing intent.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years B2B demand generation experience
  • 1+ year in ABM preferred
  • Solid email writing, ad copy, and messaging skills 
  • First-hand experience developing comprehensive marketing plans and executing campaigns
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills - Sales will be your partner in success
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Awareness and understanding of account-based marketing strategies and tactics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Salesforce.com, marketing automation solutions (Pardot preferred), sales engagement tools (Outreach.io), and ABM platforms (Terminus)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Creative Writing or Journalism preferred
