As an ABM Director, you will develop and execute intelligent, measurable account-based marketing programs that generate new prospects for the Scorpion platform. You will focus on targeting best fit accounts and personalizing your approach with each prospect through an understanding of their business challenges and needs to achieve heightened engagement and garner new business.

You will be a hard-working individual experienced in account-based marketing, with the dedication and persistence to break the status quo consistently and set Scorpion’s ABM strategy apart from others in our space. Instead of settling for what has been done in the past, you will develop and adopt new approaches to targeting accounts, assess what works, and how we can target more effectively and efficiently moving forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Target and engage new accounts, and measure the success of the ABM programs/campaigns you develop
  • Group and qualify potentially high-value accounts by similar attributes, prioritizing and pursuing only the best fit to Scorpion
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing team members to create personalized marketing campaigns
  • Develop and evolve a comprehensive list of account profiles, personas, and contacts within the target organization
  • Understand the inner workings of target accounts such as business challenges, decision-making process, key decision-makers, etc. and take into consideration when determining appropriate targeting methods and approach
  • Analyze the effectiveness of ABM campaigns and identify factors of success to make adjustments and improvements
  • Coordinate across Sales and Marketing to ensure goal alignment

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or other related fields
  • 4+ years’ experience in a similar ABM focused role responsible for creating and deploying intelligent sales lead programs
  • Experience with ABM, selling to non-technical audiences, and experience working closely with a sales team and a brand team
  • Possess a strong understanding of the sales and marketing process as well as Scorpion’s capabilities
