ABM & Demand Generation Senior Specialist

West Monroe is looking for an ABM & Demand Generation Senior Specialist to join our growing marketing team—seeking a talented marketing professional who can apply their proven experience in data-driven, technology-centric marketing programs to help grow our firm. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coming up with creative ideas and partnering with others to execute and manage multi-channel marketing programs that generate qualified leads and accelerate sales cycles. This candidate also has a proven ability to analyze data and provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations at both a campaign and programmatic level. You are acutely aware of the importance of using marketing technology to run successful integrated campaigns, having used ABM platforms, Salesforce, and Marketing Automation to orchestrate campaigns in the past.
Responsibilities:
- Partner across Marketing to execute demand generation initiatives that deliver against established KPIs, recommending ways to continuously improve West Monroe’s approach to demand generation
- Manage ABM day-to-day vendor relationship, partner with marketing technology product manager to implement enhancements, and continuously train end users
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across teams through ABM technologies, raising actionable insights and recommendations to inform pursuit plans
- Track, report, and analyze program performance, and make recommendations for further improvement
- Execute scored lead program, managing and optimizing lead to MQL and MQL to SQL conversions through lead nurturing tactics and programs
- Source, coordinate, and report on third-party demand generation programs
- Work closely with team leader and peers to explore and test new demand generation channels/opportunities
- Partner with Industry Marketers to understand offerings, services, personas, and buyer journey in order to execute ABM/demand gen programs
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of proven success in marketing, B2B preferred
- A track record for success in demand generation and sales enablement
- Usage or management of a Demand Generation platforms
- Experience with ABM technologies like 6sense, Terminus, or similar; knowledge of integrations with CRM (Salesforce) and MAP (Pardot) preferred
- Experience with generating and analyzing reports from Salesforce
- Demonstrated experience partnering with vendors/agencies to deliver solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the level of professional polish and finesse required to successfully work across all levels of the organization
- Ability to understand complex topics and synthesize into key messages
- Detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage projects from start to finish
