Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Training & Community Manager to join our regional marketing team at Informa Markets Asia. This role will help develop and conduct training programmes for internal marketers on automation technology and manage communications related to the status and updates of our marketing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training and Development:
    • Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes on marketing automation platform and its ecosystem for internal marketers (Eloqua).
    • Simplify technical language and concepts associated with marketing automation platforms into user-friendly and easily understandable terms for marketers.
    • Act as a liaison between technical teams and marketing teams to ensure alignment and understanding of automation capabilities.
    • Provide guidance to ensure marketers have the necessary skills to leverage automation technology effectively.
  2. Community Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications related to the status and updates of our marketing infrastructure.
    • Develop clear and concise communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of system changes, enhancements, and best practices.
    • Proactively engage with a community of marketers within the organisation to foster knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation.
    • Organise thought leadership events, forums, or workshops to promote continuous learning and skill development in marketing automation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing automation management, with proficiency in platforms such as Eloqua, Pardot, or Marketo.
  • Strong ability to simplify technical language and convey complex concepts in a professional manner suitable for marketers.
  • Excellent communication skills, energetic and enjoys interacting with people, with a natural inclination towards building relationships and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement in marketing practices.
