Basic Purpose: GuideStone Financial Resources is seeking a Marketing Strategist to join the Ministry Partner and Member Marketing Team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data-driven marketing and experience executing and measuring cross-channel marketing campaigns. The Marketing Strategist will be responsible for optimizing marketing efforts, performing market research, maximizing content distribution to deliver engagement and education across multiple audience segments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Help develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive engagement and education.
  • Proof, edit and manage content across various channels, including social media, email and website.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with company goals.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure all content adheres to legal and compliance guidelines and regulations.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing collateral and sales enablement tools.
  • Manage projects and ensure all deadlines are met and project goals are met.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing in a financial industry
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Experience with data-driven marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient skills in MS Office and appropriate GuideStone system applications.
  • Must have complete confidentiality regarding GuideStone business matters.
