The Role

No prior experience is required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and real-world experience from day one.

💼 Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing & Promotions Assistant, you will:

  • Execute marketing campaigns, brand promotions, and live events
  • Engage directly with customers and event attendees to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Deliver consistent, professional brand messaging across all activations and events
  • Assist with event setup, logistics, and breakdown
  • Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve future campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to achieve campaign goals
  • Represent brands with energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude

  • Interested in marketing, promotions, event marketing, or brand management
  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with new people

Preferred (Not Required):

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Coursework or interest in marketing, communications, or events
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or events
