Role: Marketing & Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial-minded Marketing & Partnerships Specialist to drive Exponeur’s growth. This role requires a strong mix of marketing creativity, program development experience, and business acumen to both promote Exponeur globally and generate revenue through sponsorships and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Exponeur programs, competitions, and events.

  • Build and manage Exponeur’s brand presence across digital platforms, campaigns, and media.

  • Design outreach strategies to attract entrepreneurs, investors, corporates, and government partners.

  • Support in creating and structuring entrepreneurship programs and competitions that align with Expo themes, in collaboration with global partners, investors, and innovation entities.

  • Identify and approach potential sponsors, partners, and clients, and drive revenue through selling services and sponsorship packages.

  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and partnership decks tailored to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and international partners (GEN, MISA, etc.) to ensure cohesive campaigns.

  • Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and continuously optimize marketing and sales activities.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing, business development, or partnerships (experience in entrepreneurship programs or events is highly valued).

  • Proven ability to sell sponsorships and services to corporates and partners.

  • Strong knowledge of the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem in Saudi and globally.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic & English.

  • Experience in program design, event marketing, and partnership management.

  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, international environment.
